For conditions such as endometriosis and adenomyosis, specialist pelvic imaging can provide important detail about visible disease and help inform treatment or surgical planning.

At Elira, the imaging assessment is guided by the clinical question and relevant history, so the scan is focused on the information that may change the next decision.

No scan can detect every form of endometriosis, and some disease may not be visible on imaging. We will explain clearly what the scan shows, what it does not show, and how the findings fit with the wider clinical picture.
